Summit Health’s turnkey communications program includes a portfolio of high-impact, user-friendly, print-ready marketing materials in a variety of media formats to accommodate your communication culture including:
- E-mails
- Posters
- Flyers
- Postcards
- Paycheck inserts
- Announcement letters/memos
- Badges (to hand out at the clinic)
To maximize awareness and engagement, the communication materials are simple, attractive, clear, concise, positive and friendly. The comprehensive package will help you to communicate and promote your Summit Health immunization clinics to ensure their success. The materials are a series of time-specific communications and reminders from pre-launch to service delivery that:
- Introduces the event
- Triggers employee engagement
- Provides information on the immunizations
- Increases awareness of diseases/illnesses and the role of immunizations
The marketing materials, designed by our communication and public relations team in consultation with our medical and clinical professionals, promote programs that encourage your employees to exercise greater control over their health and improve their lifestyle behavior.
For an additional fee, Summit Health’s marketing materials can be customized with client-specific branding and logos, and special program messaging.
Summit Health offers employees the option of online appointment scheduling, toll-free telephone scheduling for appointments, or manual scheduling with the site coordinator (who transfers the information to Summit Health’s online system). With this appointment information, Summit Health’s program managers are able to communicate with clients about expected turnout for immunization events. If greater turnout is desired, clients may provide additional messages or targeted communications to employees. Summit Health’s turnkey marketing program is a critical part of successful event planning.
Summit Health knows from experience that several factors influence employee participation. Marketing and communication are foremost in driving participation. In addition, we know that the sooner clinics are promoted the better the response. For sites with large numbers of participants, Summit Health can conduct the flu clinics over multiple days in order to give participants more flexibility in selecting appointments.
