About Me

President and Founding Partner of Ear, Nose, Throat & Facial Plastic Surgeons, PA, Howard Taylor, MD, FACS, specializes in general and pediatric otolaryngology, hearing loss, hearing aids, and dizziness.

Dr. Taylor is Former Chair of Otolaryngology at Chilton Memorial Hospital in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. He has been Assistant Clinical Professor of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark. A ringside physician for the New Jersey State Athletic Control Board, Dr. Taylor has provided medical support for national and international boxing matches involving high-profile fighters such as Sugar Ray Leonard, George Foreman, and Oscar de la Hoya.

Dr. Taylor is a diplomate of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of New Jersey Medical Society and American Association of Ringside Physicians. During his residency, Dr. Taylor served with the United States Public Health Service at the Alaskan Native Medical Center in Anchorage, where he focused on microsurgery of the ear. He has delivered local and regional invited presentations in his field.
