About Me
Jared Tobolski, MD specializes in non-invasive cardiology, which is the diagnosis, management, and treatment of those with diseases of the heart and vascular system. This includes the interpretation of specialized cardiac assessments, such as echocardiograms and other forms of stress tests.
Dr. Tobolski’s approach to patient care is to ensure that everyone who comes to the office understands why they are there, what diseases they have been diagnosed with and are being treated for. “I value informed decision making and collaboration with my patients. For a trusting patient-physician relationship to work, the patient needs to both understand what we’re trying to accomplish and be an active part of the health care decision making process,” he says.
What’s most important during a patient visit is to make sure the patient has their concerns addressed, questions answered, and that there is collaboration regarding the next steps. Dr. Tobolski’s goal is to alleviate any patient’s fears about coming to the doctor and to make sure a health care plan is in place.
Of equal importance to him is to make sure this management approach is effectively communicated, and that the patient feels comfortable and in agreement. Dr. Tobolski has a genuine interest in seeing a patient improve their quality of life as a result of their treatment plan. A healthy outcome can manifest itself in improved energy levels, alleviation of symptoms, and even reassure that a concerning condition is being appropriately managed.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Tobolski is engaged in running, cycling, skiing, frisbee and kayaking. He enjoys cooking, watching football and spends time continuing to serve proudly in the United States National Guard. He is also passionate about the field of preventative cardiology.
