Ms. Manez cares for patients suffering from a wide range of acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions and diseases. Ms. Manez has always loved learning and helping others – two things she gets to do simultaneously as a health care provider. She works off a model of empathy and active listening stating, “I will always advocate for my patients. My goal is for them to feel confident in my care, trusting that I will do my best to improve their health and overall wellness.”
Ms. Manez is passionate about inclusivity and feels strongly about the group Best Buddies International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. When not caring for patients, Ms. Manez enjoys spending time reading, cooking, exercising, and hiking.
