Faiza Mallick, MD is a Summit Health Primary Care Physician who has worked with various socioeconomic populations, including multilingual, minorities, and those people with limited resources, providing comprehensive care to pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.

Dr. Mallick’s philosophy to patient care is to build a strong foundation of trust and respect between the patient and herself. She strives to make her patient feel at ease and comfortable, using a patient-centered approach and wants the patient to be an active participant in their health by giving the patient the confidence to be an advocate for themselves.

Making real life connections with her patients is very important to Dr. Mallick. “As a family doctor, my goal is to make strong bonds so that I can help them and follow their health longitudinally. There is no better feeling than helping transform someone’s life in a meaningful way”, she said.

Another interest is in educating the community about preventative medicine, whether that be through lifestyle modifications, health screenings, disease prevention or ongoing care of chronic illnesses through the support of medicine and drugs.

When not practicing medicine, Dr. Mallick enjoys spending time with friends and family, plus traveling and exploring new places, dining, movies and music.
