Dr. Adrian Lombardi is now part of Summit Health, a multispecialty medical network committed to simplifying the complexities of health care. Dr. Lombardi received his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine Grenada, West Indies, and completed his residency at Northshore/LIJ Southside Hospital in Bay Shore, NY. Dr. Lombardi is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
He will now be practicing as part of the Summit Health Family Medicine team providing care for your whole family throughout your lives.
