COVID-19 has made the world of parenting a bit more challenging. While parents may not have the power to change the stressors brought on by the pandemic, they can work to build resilience to improve the physical and mental health of themselves and their family members. Summa, pediatrics specialist and Elizabeth Clarke, behavioral health clinician, recorded a socially distant discussion on building resilience that included tips and strategies to help parents get through these unprecedented times. The recording was later shared with our Facebook followers. You can watch it below.
