Continuous snow and the ongoing pandemic may have many of us feeling extra tired, down and irritable. Experts say it’s the psychological and physiological effects of peak seasonal fatigue. Summit Health’s Dr. Jill Hup, a Family Medicine physician, spoke to NJ.com/The Star-Ledger about why winter fatigue feels so pronounced, ways to cope, and a reminder that when things feel interminable, to remember it is “just for now.”
