Jeffrey A. Siegel, MD, specializes in general orthopedics and sports medicine, including complex shoulder and knee injuries. His expertise includes arthroscopic shoulder surgery for rotator cuff injuries and dislocations, knee arthroscopy, anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, fractures of the shoulder and knee, knee replacements and shoulder replacement.

Dr. Siegel has practiced with the Orthopedic Group in Morristown, New Jersey, since 2001. He says, “Whenever possible, I treat patients with nonsurgical techniques such as exercise, physical therapy, medication and injections. But when surgery is needed, I use the most advanced techniques to restore my patients to an active, pain-free lifestyle.” Dr. Siegel adds, “I listen carefully to my patient’s unique concerns and needs when developing an individualized treatment plan for her or him.”

Dr. Siegel is a consulting physician for County College of Morris Athletics. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America. He is the co-author of articles and abstracts that are published in prestigious, peer-reviewed scientific journals, including Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery and Sports Medicine Alert. Dr. Siegel has delivered local, regional, national, and international invited presentations in his field. He is a recipient of the MDx Medical, Inc. Patient’s Choice and Most Compassionate Doctor Awards.

When he is not working with his patients, Dr. Siegel enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, exercising and traveling.
