We have more than 340 locations for primary and multispecialty care across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. You can find a full list of our locations here.  

Many of our locations are open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays. Visit the website to learn more about the times for your location.

With our Direct Access Colonoscopy (DAC) program, many patients can schedule their screenings without a preprocedure visit. You can fill out the form to request a DAC here.
