Developing meaningful partnerships with my patients and empowering them to take greater interest in their health and wellbeing is very important to me! I believe an important aspect of optimizing medication adherence is educating patients on both benefits and side effects of medications. My primary goal is to ensure my patients have the knowledge and skills necessary to better manage their medications and health conditions. I take pride in sharing responsibility and working collaboratively in a unified team of experts to tailor treatment regimen to each patient’s needs to improve their health outcomes.

When she is not working with patients, Dr. Thaker enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
