Over six weeks, you will connect  with others, learn tools for coping, and explore how to adapt to change – one step at a time.

Weekly Topics:

  • Week 1: When Cancer Enters the Circle - Understanding the emotional ripple effect on the family.
  • Week 2: Speaking from the Heart - Strengthening family communication.
  • Week 3: Helping Hearts Cope - Supporting family members through the journey.
  • Week 4: Shifting Sands - Adapting to new roles, routines, and uncertainties.
  • Week 5: When Everything Feels Heavy - Focusing on balance, boundaries, and wellness for everyone.
  • Week 6: Moving Through the Storm - Building a strong support network and looking toward the future.
