The West Fordham urgent care is located at the intersection of West Fordham Road and Jerome Avenue in the Bronx. The Fordham Road subway stop on the 4 train is just across the street. Additionally, the W Fordham Rd/Jerome Ave stop on the Bx12 bus line stops right outside the urgent care.
