Before you visit our lab: what you need to know

Please be advised that walk-in laboratory services are not available without a scheduled appointment and an active lab draw order from your provider. Summit Health requires all patients to have a valid lab draw order in place before arriving for any laboratory visit. Please also note that patients cannot contact the laboratory directly to request or obtain a lab order; all orders must be issued by your healthcare provider.
