New York and Berkeley Heights, NJ, August 1, 2022Summit Health today announced the addition of North Shore Cardiac Imaging Family Medical Health to its growing integrated network of primary, specialty, and urgent care across the New York metropolitan area. The latest integration adds five locations – New Hyde Park, Bellerose, Whitestone, Elmhurst, and Corona – and 12 providers in cardiology, internal medicine, and gastroenterology among the region’s Summit Health practices.

“The addition of North Shore Cardiac Imaging Family Medical Health further extends Summit Health’s presence in Long Island and carries on our shared commitment to providing high-quality primary and specialty care,” said Dan Frogel, MD, Chief Medical Officer, NY Region at Summit Health.
