New York and Berkeley Heights, NJ, August 1, 2022 – Summit Health today announced the addition of North Shore Cardiac Imaging Family Medical Health to its growing integrated network of primary, specialty, and urgent care across the New York metropolitan area. The latest integration adds five locations – New Hyde Park, Bellerose, Whitestone, Elmhurst, and Corona – and 12 providers in cardiology, internal medicine, and gastroenterology among the region’s Summit Health practices.
