New York and Berkeley Heights, NJ, July 25, 2022 — Summit Health, formed by the merger of CityMD and Summit Medical Group, today announced a major Long Island expansion with the addition of three new health care practices: Cardiologist Dr. Salvatore Trazzera of Farmingdale, Suffolk Orthopaedic Associates, P.C. of Bay Shore and Family Practitioner Adrian Lombardi, MD of Bay Shore. The new integrations add approximately 9,000 square feet and 19 exam rooms across three new offices and expands Summit Health’s total footprint to 17 primary and specialty care locations in Nassau and Suffolk.

In addition to Summit Health’s multispecialty care locations there are 36 CityMD walk-in urgent care locations that are part of the same health care network on Long Island. In April, Summit Health opened their first co-located Summit Health multispecialty and CityMD urgent care practice in Greenvale – a streamlined health care model that connects patients more conveniently and efficiently with the services they need.
