NEW YORKSummit Health, formed by the merger of CityMD and Summit Medical Group, today announced its continued expansion into Long Island with the addition of a primary and specialty care office located at 210 East Sunrise Highway, Suite 303, Valley Stream, New York. Providers at this location include Harold Sirota, D.O., a new Summit Health family medicine physician, and Karyn Ginsburg, M.D., an endocrinology specialist. The new Summit Health location in Valley Stream further expands Summit Health’s connected care model, which delivers high quality, value-based care that is orchestrated around the patient.

Dr. Sirota is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Association in family medicine and Fellow of the American College of Family Practice. With over 30 years in practice, Dr. Sirota has an established expertise in family medicine and primary care, having a rich family tradition in osteopathic medicine and a passion for providing quality health care to those in the communities he serves. 

Dr. Ginsburg has practiced endocrinology on Long Island for the past 13 years with expertise in diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, hypercalcemia, and adrenal and pituitary orders.

To help provide family medicine and endocrinology services at this location, there will be three patient service representatives, two registered nurses, and a medical assistant on site.  The site features five exam rooms in a modern, inviting setting. The new Valley Stream office is Summit Health’s 15th location on Long Island.
